This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with the only drawback being the fact that it's costly. But its abundance of features makes it a appealing choice for anyone looking to go away from their old stick vacuum and mop. We would highly recommend this vacuum for those who can afford the cost.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line robot vacuum and mop combo. The price is justified by its robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability, as well as two gyrating mop heads. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations available. In my tests, it performed well across the entire home. Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. The base station must be cleaned out and the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads sold separately also require changing regularly.
With the L10S Ultra's pricey cost and robust features, I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. For those who are on a budget, I suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while enjoying hands-free cleaning at home. It's important to remember that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can find, its high purchase cost and constant maintenance will eventually make it more of a wish than a need.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're in search of a robot vacuum and mop that will clean up dust and dirt on your hard floors while taking care of wet messes take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered robovac and mop combo packs an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa, an impressively large battery that can be used for both mowing and vacuuming, and top-notch obstacle avoidance. It has a mop with a roller that cleans itself, making it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the bot, and it is constantly dosed with clean, ozonated water from its dock. When it turns, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements and it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds a decent amount of water, and it can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before going dry.
Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out from the box. It does need to be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task by cleaning the dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning solutions.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a few times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my testing however this could be improved when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level vacuum and mop, but it still has some impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning a good bit of a space before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.
The application that runs this appliance is dense, offering a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can clean manually the entire area mapped by this device or select individual rooms, an expandable zone or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.
Like the other Roborock models we've evaluated like all the Roborock models we've tested, the Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system is solid that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a systematic manner. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a space, with no major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective, though it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as carpets that are thick, but it may not be able to detect smaller objects such as rug tassels and electrical wires.
The machine has a major issue: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app has an option that lets you "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you use the mopping function of the vacuum to eliminate the last remnants of dust and debris that are left behind by your vacuuming. This is a nice feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its cheaper competitors.
